Vedica Scholars - 2017b

This page contains information regarding the course: Logical and Mathematical Thinking taught as part of the Vedica Scholars Programme, over 5 weeks in Aug-Sept 2017.

Important resources we will use:
  1. Desmos : This is a graphing calculator available online for free.
  2. Sage (Online) : This is a symbolic algebra package we will use for mathematical experiments. The link gives online access.  If you wish to download and install on your machine, go to Sagemath.org. 
Try the internet version. If it doesn't work for you, you can download and install in your machine. Ask Vipul for any help.

Update: (Sept 2, 2017): I reordered the chapters a bit, based on how I wish to cover in class. Some minor changes are required because of reordering, which I will do before class. Do not download and keep, use latest version.
